We sell produce from our farm (beef, lamb, mutton, pork) at the twice monthly Usk Farmers Market, but miss some in the summer due to shows, including recently when we were at the Royal Welsh. But we are back again this Saturday 6th August (10am-1pm in the Memorial Hall, opposite the prison). We shall have tasty Tamworth sausages and pork burgers, chops, joints, meat for stirfries, BBQs etc, and mutton & teg.
Our rather special indigenous and pedegree Welsh Black beef is coming next, hung for three weeks, and so will be available at the next market on Sat 20th August. Our beef is single suckled, grazed on the mountain common, never housed or fed concentrates. If you wish to taste real food, come along to the Farmers Market (there are many other super food stands there) or order beforehand from Barbara – see her farm website at www.courtbleddyn.com and the Farmers Market website www.fmiw.co.uk
